mardi gras ya'll!

Fun Fact(s):  If you have not picked up on this yet, the area of Mississippi in which I live is highly influenced by New Orleans as it is a 45 minute drive away.  Meaning- Walmart has a large selection of Mardi Gras party fodder.  Target does too!  Do me a favor.  Let me know if your Target has Mardi Gras t-shirts and hats.  Not sure if it is a national thing, but I do not remember Mardi Gras being any sort of a big deal in any other state.

Since moving here I try to work "Fleur de Lis" into every possible conversation as it is fun to speak French.  Oui?   Also, Cafe Du Monde.  Oh, and Cafe Au Laite.  Oh!  And beignet!
