My life is epically boring. Maybe even a little borderline ridiculous. Oh I'm sure we could pump up the drama. High school sweethearts? Naval Officer?? Crazy dog??? Could it be The Last Song meets An Officer and a Gentleman meets Marley and Me? I like that. I look at an old photo of Nick and I at prom, catch my mug on fire because he's on a ship, then break down and hug Molly. Oscar Gold.
No, no, no. Let's go more School of Rock. I want a comedy filled with me making fun of children and at the end someone should learn something- like a moral. In between me cracking jokes they could insert gratuitous shots of Nick in uniform.
We'll call it ... I haven't figured that out yet.
Who could play me? I think it should be the chick from Juno, Ellen Page. She is what my sarcasm aspires to be. I'm sure she has the emotional depth to shove rocky road ice cream in her face while projecting self-loathing.
My romantic lead? That's obvious. Pre-gay Teddy from 90210. He's totally a Hollywood version of Nick. What?! Don't judge me for watching 90210. (or that I cast my husband as a closet gay man)
I think the real question is: Who will play Molly?

I think Molly should play herself and that guy isn't handsome in the same way Nick is. I'm wondering how it is that there are so many incredibly good looking nieces, nephews, and mates of nieces and nephews in our family.
